Friends and family,
Mostly I should apologize for being the worst thus far about contributing. And no Julie, you and dad aren't the only one's who read this blog.
So right now I'm savoring probably the only time in the history and future of the roomates that I currently live with where I'll have at least some of Saturday night to myself. It's really a huge adjustment, one that sometimes I wish hadn't have happened, but the guys are really great. Actually a group of twelve people are on their way over right now to watch a movie. I am so uninterested.
Other than that, we watched Jesus Camp last night. It's a documentary on an Evangelical Bible camp for kids. It was really interesting to hear everyone's reaction to what was going on in the movie. As the kids were falling down and speaking in tongues, a lot of people were really eager to downplay their experiences because of their own. Which was even more intriguing, because one of the main characters in the documentary was an absolute zealot, who seemed really keen on downplaying any experience except for the Evangelical Christian experience. I highly recomend the movie.
Well the crowd is here, so I'm going to go be social.
I love you all always and forever.
Marc
